week 5

Another week has come and gone. 5wks pregnant and still counting. So far so good. I'm either really lucky and the morning sickness train has passed me by...or it's still just really early. I'm praying for the first but hearing from many people that it's wishful thinking. Other than that symptoms are fine...a tad of narcolepsy, but otherwise I'm feeling the same old me. I have to say, it is nice to be able to just fall asleep at night...without the use of Tylenol PM...or just watching tv/reading till ungodly hours of the morning. I even wake up early on my own! It's just all craziness I tell ya. Wow how my life has changed from a year ago...and a year from now I can't even imagine.

You are probably one of the lucky ones. I never had a day of morning sickness. But yea, I enjoyed the sleep while I could, because after birth its all downhill. :)

You just may be one of the lucky ones who doesn't get sick!

My wife is deathly ill for about the first 6 months, but then fine after that. My neighbor, however, never has an ounce of morning sickness. Go figure.

Parenthood is one of the best things in the world... I'm way jazzed for you guys! Congrats again!

lol...thanks to all you people that tell me to "just wait", I'll make it through this vomit free...you'll see...(actually I'm starting to doubt my own confidence!)

amandape: I will try to enjoy it...so far so good, I'll let you know in another week though.

nilo: thanks so much!

debra: thank you! I'm sure I'll be more excited when it's closer to the time...or when it starts to feel a little more real.

shark: I hope they do fly by...it already seems to be taking forever!

I can't believe how much your life has changed since we've "met". I can't wait to hear all of the exciting things, that I'm sure will happen, over the next few months.

Hope you are doing well! XO
